10 years(!) ago.... Before FLoPAX, TexPAX, MidWestPAX, (real) PAX, etc., @150cc and I organized the first ever forumer trip to Disneyland, which we named SoC-PAX! On Jan. 10, 2004, 15 of us showed up and had a blast. This would lead to an even bigger follow-up trip in July, followed by a gathering at Comic-Con, then another Disneyland trip the next year, and on and on and on!
To commemorate this first event (and because we haven't had a real southern California gathering aside from Comic-Con and occasional Khoo visits in quite a while), I propose another Magic Kingdom next month, the weekend of Jan 10 - 12. It'll be a fun chance to catch up with all of you who've attended a previous SoC-PAX, as well a great opportunity to meet up with some new forumers who haven't been to one of these gatherings.
There's a bunch of holiday happenings at the Parks. In addition to the Christmas-themed Haunted Mansion, there's the Jingle Cruise, and the new version of World of Color - Winter Dreams.
Anyway, I'm going to list a bunch of you in the area here or who have expressed interest.
